Reaton Food, one of the leading pan-Baltic distributors of high-quality food products, has been operating in Lithuania since 2000. The company is currently seeking an Executive Director for Technical and Logistics Affairs to join its team in Vilnius.

Mission: To ensure seamless logistics and support operations that enable Reaton Food to deliver high-quality products and services to its customers across the Baltics.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage company logistics processes, including warehouses and transport operations in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipeda.
• Coordinate with the RF Group’s central logistics department, transport, and repair companies.
• Conduct tenders, monitor service quality, and optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, temperature control, hygiene standards, occupational safety, fire safety, and vehicle fleet condition.
• Develop logistics schemes and routes, monitor timely deliveries.
• Maintain reporting, analyze KPIs, and manage logistics budgets.
• Organize and supervise the operator team; manage logisticians, drivers, and support staff.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with sales/central services, and maintain the company’s positive image.
• Oversee offices and warehouses: liaise with landlords/contractors, manage repairs, supplies, maintenance, and relocations.
• Control resource and equipment provision for offices and warehouses.
• Budget operational and administrative expenses.

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education in logistics, economics, or management.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation processes and systems, as well as accounting systems (1C, WMS, Excel).
• Experience in administrative support would be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment. 
• Fluency in Lithuanian, and very good knowledge of Russian and English.
